FAQ (From the High Rise FAQs)

Is there alcohol in it?

No, this is a great alternative to alcohol. Grab a can, hit the beach,  and have a great time!

Is this legal in my state?

High Rise products are derived from hemp and are in accordance with the federal 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act, or federal Farm Bill. All of our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

Be sure to check local and state laws for your store.

What is the difference between CBD, Delta-8 and Delta-9 THC?

Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC and CBD are three of over 100 known cannabinoids derived from the hemp plant. Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC are cannabinoids that are psychoactive (i.e. it gets you ‘high’),  whereas CBD is non-psychoactive (i.e. it does not get you ‘high’) and is known for calming the mind and balancing the body. Each person’s body chemistry is different and could respond differently.

Where do we source our hemp from?

We’ve partnered with an Organic farm in North Carolina to provide us with the highest quality products.

Will I Fail A Drug Test?
Drug tests identify the residual amounts of THC in the blood. Therefore, there is a chance that using any CBD product made from full-spectrum hemp oil can lead to a positive drug test due to the fact that it contains minuscule amounts of THC in it (less than .3%).

There is a greater chance that our hemp derived Delta-9 products could lead to a positive drug test.
