Every record is graded carefully by hand. If you receive a record that is significantly not as described — meaning the grade is more than one level below what was listed — we will accept a return for a full refund or replacement.
What We Accept
- Records received in significantly worse condition than graded
- Wrong record shipped
- Records damaged in transit (photo documentation required)
What We Don't Accept
- Returns based on buyer's remorse
- Records that match the listed grade (grading is subjective — we describe honestly)
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
How to Return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping is covered by Vinyl Tavern for items shipped in error or damaged in transit.
